Role Overview: As a Troubleshooter and Repair Technician at JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar, your primary responsibility will be to troubleshoot and repair technical problems related to computer hardware and peripheral equipment. You will be expected to respond to program error messages, find and correct problems, and provide technical guidance to resolve business issues. Additionally, you will need to maintain and upgrade hardware and software, including peripherals and website technical architecture related to hardware and telecommunication connectivity.
