Job Description

We are looking for a skilled IT Architect Specialist, AVP with 5 to 10 years of experience to join our team in Pune, India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and deploying AI tooling architectures and use cases, as well as extensive experience in data architecture within Financial Services.

Roles and Responsibility

Design and deploy AI tooling architectures and use cases.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Develop and maintain bank-wide data policies, principles, standards, and tool governance.
Establish and maintain data integration patterns, batch & stream processing, data lake/data warehouse/data mart, caching patterns, and policy-based fine-grained data access.
Work on data management principles, data governance, data quality, data lineage, and data integration with a focus on Data Mesh.
Review data models systematically to enforce conformance to standards.

Job Requirements

Demonstrable experience in designing and deploying AI tooling architectures and use cases.
Extensive experience in data architecture within Financial Services.
Strong technical knowledge of data integration patterns, batch & stream processing, data lake/data warehouse/data mart, caching patterns, and policy-based fine-grained data access.
Proven experience in working on data management principles, data governance, data quality, data lineage, and data integration with a focus on Data Mesh.
Knowledge of Data Modelling concepts like dimensional modelling and 3NF.
Experience with data modeling tools such as Collibra, Informatica Data Governance, etc.
Understanding of streaming and non-streaming ETL and ELT approaches for data ingest.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
