IT Administrator

As an IT Administrator at LEDFlex, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure to ensure seamless day-to-day operations across systems and networks. With over 10 years of experience in manufacturing LED luminaires for the UK and International markets, LEDFlex continues to lead the way in providing high-performance, efficient, and eco-friendly lighting solutions for both exterior and interior applications. Your responsibilities will include administering and maintaining systems for both Mac and PC environments, handling Microsoft Office suite administration including Exchange server management, and overseeing network and server components such as network switches and VOIP phone systems. You will be tasked with troubleshooting and resolving any hardware, software, or network-related issues that may arise, as well as implementing IT management software for ticketing, asset tracking, and system monitoring. Additionally, ensuring the security of our IT infrastructure through best cybersecurity practices and monitoring network activity to protect sensitive data from potential threats will be a key aspect of your role. To excel in this position, you should have proficiency in Microsoft Office and Exchange server administration, experience in managing both Mac and PC systems, and a solid understanding of servers, network switches, and VOIP phone systems. Familiarity with IT management software and strong knowledge of security and cybersecurity protocols are essential, while knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics would be advantageous for managing workflows and system integration within the organization. Ideally, you will have previous experience in an IT Admin role or a similar position, hold a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields, and possess the ability to efficiently troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. Strong organizational and communication skills will be beneficial in effectively carrying out your responsibilities. At LEDFlex, we offer a competitive salary based on experience, negotiable working hours (Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM) with a one-hour lunch break, and annual leave entitlement as per labor laws.
