IT Administrator

As an IT Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining the company's technology infrastructure to ensure all systems, networks, and software operate efficiently. Your role will involve troubleshooting issues, providing technical support, managing hardware and software installations, and ensuring the security of all IT systems. Your key responsibilities will include managing and maintaining the IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and hardware. You will install, configure, and update software and hardware systems, and provide technical support to employees by troubleshooting and resolving IT issues. Monitoring system performance to ensure optimal operation and minimize downtime will also be part of your duties. In addition, you will be responsible for ensuring the security of all IT systems by implementing and updating security protocols, firewalls, and antivirus software. It will be crucial for you to backup critical data, manage user accounts, permissions, and access control to ensure data security and confidentiality, and prepare and maintain documentation for IT procedures, network configurations, and system setups. To excel in this role, staying up to date with the latest IT trends and technologies to improve the company's infrastructure will be essential.
