Job Description

Provide day-to-day IT support to internal teams (hardware/software/network)
Manage user accounts, access control, and group policies in
Microsoft 365
Ensure compliance with security and access policies in
Azure Active Directory
Handle
system administration
tasks on Windows (and optionally Linux) environments
Monitor and maintain local office network, firewall, VPN, and endpoint security
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to computers, printers, email, and network
Maintain asset inventory, software licenses, and documentation
Support onboarding and offboarding processes (email setup, laptop configuration, etc)
Collaborate with external vendors for IT procurement and service contracts

Qualifications and Experience

bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
1-3 years of experience in IT administration or technical support
Certifications like
Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals
,
CompTIA A+/Network+
, or
MCSA
are a plus

Required Skills

Solid knowledge of
Windows system administration
Good understanding of
networking concepts
(LAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP, firewalls)
Hands-on experience with
Microsoft 365
admin center and tools
Familiarity with
Azure AD
, Intune, and policy/compliance configuration
Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell preferred) is a plus
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
