Role Overview

IT Administrator

Key Responsibilities

IT Support & Administration

• Provide

  PC troubleshooting

  and

  desktop support

  for end-users.
• Manage

  Active Directory

  (user accounts, groups, policies, etc.).
• Configure and support

  Intune

  for device management and compliance.
• Administer

  firewalls

  with hands-on experience in

  Sophos

  (policies, VPN, rules).
• Support

  Outlook

  configuration, troubleshooting, and integration with M365.
• Perform

  OS installation

  , patching, and updates for Windows PCs.
• Provide

  M365 administration and support

  (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange).
• Assemble PCs, perform hardware upgrades, and handle

  system imaging / deployment

  .

Website & Design (Highly Desired, Not Mandatory)

• Assist in

  WordPress administration

  including updates, plug-ins, and site maintenance.
• Apply

  basic HTML/CSS

  for content formatting and minor edits.
• Support

  graphic design tasks

  using

  Canva

  or

  Photoshop

  for marketing and internal communication needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• 1-5 years of hands-on IT administration experience

  in corporate environments.
• Strong knowledge of

  Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Intune

  .
• Experience with

  firewall administration (Sophos preferred)

  .
• Working knowledge of

  PC hardware, assembly, and imaging tools

  .
• Familiarity with

  WordPress administration

  and

  basic HTML/CSS

  .
• Exposure to design tools (

  Canva, Photoshop

  ) is a plus.
