IT & Admin Manager

The Sea Shore organization in Kabul is seeking an IT & Admin Manager to join their team. As the IT & Admin Manager, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive IT support to end users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining internal mail systems, and ensuring data quality assurance checks. Additionally, you will be involved in coordinating network construction, internet-service provision, and end-user support contracts. Key Responsibilities: - Solve user hardware and software problems in respective TLC. - Perform routine troubleshooting for running hardware systems such as LAN, Windows-based computers, and printers. - Maintain and troubleshoot hardware, install and maintain software, and provide IT support to the branch office. - Recharge modems, cable connections, and create a new database for staff information. - Update databases related to users" information and maintain the server system. - Coordinate with partners and relevant information systems for information exchange and coordination. - Prepare and disseminate technical reports and ensure the server system is updated. - Follow up with departments for on-time data entry and sharing with the central office. - Conduct data quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy and compliance with project standards. - Monitor and report on network construction, internet-service provision, and end-user support contracts. - Provide technical assistance to staff, prepare presentations, establish effective filing systems, and manage file sharing procedures. - Assist the procurement team in purchasing equipment for office and projects within deadlines. - Maintain accurate records of company assets and update inventory lists periodically. - Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor. Requirements: - Proven experience as an IT & Admin Manager. - People-oriented and results-driven. - Demonstrable experience with IT metrics. - Knowledge of IT systems and databases. - Ability to strategize and demonstrate leadership skills. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Proficiency in Information Technology (IT). - Degree in Computer Science or related field.
