IT Admin Exp./Fresher

As an IT Admin at our company, your role will involve addressing user tickets related to hardware, software, and networking issues. You will be responsible for assisting customers with the installation of applications and computer peripherals, providing IT networks and technical services to both internal and external users, and guiding users through step-by-step instructions to resolve their issues. Additionally, you will be customizing desktop applications according to the needs of users and clients, advising on software and hardware upgrades, and maintaining a log of job tickets and maintenance tasks.
