IT Admin Assistant

As an IT Administrator at our company, your role will involve procuring, maintaining, and administering computers and office equipment. You will be responsible for administering corporate software systems, deploying and enforcing security policies and procedures, and providing IT support to resolve problems for your colleagues. Additionally, you will assist in the onboarding of new colleagues and managing the exit process for employees. Your key responsibilities will include suggesting and implementing improvements in procedures and equipment, maintaining knowledge of IT support and help desk procedures, products, and services, managing an issue tracking system, and reporting on issue resolution SLAs. You will also be responsible for monitoring office internet traffic, auditing site access, and reporting any unapproved accesses or attempts. Moreover, updating office internet control policies to restrict all unapproved categories will be part of your duties. To excel in this role, you should have a qualification of MCA, B.Tech, B.E., or equivalent with 2-3 years of work experience. You should possess intermediate-level networking knowledge, excellent communication skills (oral and written), and knowledge of help desk software and remote control tools. Familiarity with Windows, Linux, and MacOS administration and networking, along with effective troubleshooting skills, will be essential. Previous experience as a service desk agent or IT administrator, and understanding of the SaaS or technology industry, will be advantageous.
