Strong communication skills, familiarity with equity trading systems, experience in Jira for test management, and certifications in ISTQB Foundation and Agile extension are desired. Knowledge of automated testing tools such as Cucumber and Selenium, as well as programming/scripting languages and version control systems like Git, will be beneficial.
