  4-5 years of SAP HR-ABAP experience

• Type: Occasional WFO
• Location: Mostly remote but might have to go to office in Peenya, Bangalore once in 3-4 weeks
• Notice period: The candidate should be ready to start from 1st Oct 2025

Project Context:

expertise in SAP ABAP

1. Technical Skills (Mandatory):

• Experience in HR ABAP & SAP HCM

1. Communication and Coordination (Mandatory):

• Strong communication skills to engage with stakeholders effectively.
• Ability to coordinate with teams and counterparts

1. General Competencies:

• Attitude towards learning and adapting to new technologies.
• Flexibility in work hours and occasional stretching of work schedules.
• Coordination abilities alongside technical expertise.
• Adherence to contractual processes and onboarding requirements

Remote work flexibility is available. However, meeting in the office in 3-4 weeks is required.
