Job Description

As an experienced candidate with 4+ years of experience, your role will involve guiding clients through the end-to-end implementation of Ironclad. This includes tasks such as requirements gathering, system configuration, and integration with existing tools like ERP and CRM. You will also be responsible for developing training materials and conducting workshops to ensure user proficiency and adoption. Collaborating with clients to customize Ironclad according to their unique contract workflows and compliance requirements will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Additionally, troubleshooting technical challenges, maintaining detailed project documentation, and resolving complex issues by working closely with engineering teams are essential parts of this role. Key Responsibilities: - Guide clients through end-to-end implementation of Ironclad - Develop training materials and conduct workshops for user proficiency - Collaborate with clients to tailor Ironclad to their unique contract workflows - Troubleshoot technical challenges and resolve complex issues - Maintain detailed project documentation Required Qualifications: - 4+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, CLM, ERP, or related fields Technical Skills: - Proficiency in system configuration, APIs, and integration tools - Familiarity with SQL/XML is a plus Domain Knowledge: - Understanding of contract lifecycle processes including drafting, negotiation, and compliance Soft Skills: - Strong client-facing communication, problem-solving, and project management abilities Education: - Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field In addition to the qualifications mentioned above, having a certification in Ironclad, experience in legal tech, procurement, or finance sectors, and Agile/Scrum project management certification will be considered as preferred skills for this role.,
