Hiring for IPR Litigation
Years of Experience : 2-4 Years
Location : Mumbai
Contract : 1 Year
1. Overall IPR management
2. Handling TM objection, opposition, filing,
3. Conducting raids and following civil and criminal action against IPR infringers
4. Preparing cease and desist notice etc.
5. Vetting & drafting of term sheets, MOU, business agreements, brand agreements, NDA, franchise agreements, negotiation of contracts, indemnity, undertakings. Etc.
6. Advising and managing disputes/litigations to minimize company exposure and risks
7. Prosecuting and defending litigations and coordinating with external lawyers
8. Handling consumer matters, criminal, civil and other court cases and arbitration proceedings
9. Drafting of notices, replies etc., petitions, written statements, other court documents
10. Disciplinary process for errant franchisees/follow up process/terminations
11. Addressing/advising on Customer complaints
