IPR - Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, file, and manage trademark, copyright, patent, and design applications.
• Handle client consultations regarding IPR-related queries and strategies.
• Manage IPR prosecution and opposition matters.
• Conduct IPR searches and prepare reports.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable IPR laws and procedures.
• Coordinate with government authorities like the Trademark Office and IP India.
• Maintain accurate documentation and case status updates.
• Assist in legal drafting and agreements related to IP.
• Stay up to date on changes in IPR law and industry practices.

Requirements:

• Qualification: LL.B. (Bachelor of Law)
• Mandatory: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Intellectual Property Rights.
• In-depth understanding of Indian IP laws and procedures.
• Strong communication and client-interaction skills.
• Proficiency in legal drafting and documentation.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
