Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time position for an IPQC (In-Process Quality Control) Inspector based in Solan. The primary responsibilities include monitoring and inspecting the quality of products during the manufacturing process, ensuring adherence to quality standards and specifications, maintaining detailed inspection records, and identifying defects or issues in production. The inspector will work closely with the manufacturing team to address quality concerns and ensure continuous improvement in product quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality control processes, including inspection and testing of products during manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of plastic injection molding and related manufacturing methods.
• Ability to document and maintain detailed inspection reports and records.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills for identifying defects and recommending corrective actions.
• Proficiency in using measurement tools and equipment for quality inspections.
• Attention to detail, precision in work, and the ability to uphold company quality standards.
• Prior experience in manufacturing or a related field, especially dealing with plastic components, is highly desirable.
• A diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Quality Control, or a related technical field is preferred.
