IPC Author

As an Aerospace Engineer at our company, you will be responsible for: - Contributing to the creation, modification, and revision of the IPC manual content. - Understanding and following the impact analysis to meet change requests. - Researching extensively to ensure Airworthiness aspects are met. - Performing tasks in the client environment/tools and updating the status in Capgemini workflow management tools. - Reviewing work orders completed by Jr. Authors/Authors. - Following defined processes and standards for the project. - Performing internal and external rejection analysis for every rejection code, discussing in Knowledge sharing sessions, and ensuring prevention of rejections to maintain quality KPI. - Communicating with Subject Matter Experts for every work order to ensure quality KPIs are met. - Participating in peer-reviews and following review cycles to ensure Right First Time. - Visualizing/creating images, mark-ups, additional information/instructions for Illustrators. - Guiding Jr. Authors/Jr. Illustrators, Authors/Illustrators. - Performing Root Cause Analysis for any rejections and taking preventive actions. - Training new comers for technical competence and process adherence. - Developing content for Knowledge and Training Sessions. - Preferred experience in Boeing technical publication (not mandatory).,
