IPC Author

Role Overview: You will be responsible for contributing to the creation, modification, and revision of IPC manual content in the aeronautical engineering industry. Your role will involve understanding and following impact analysis to create content that meets change requests, conducting extensive research to ensure airworthiness aspects, and performing tasks in client environments using Capgemini work flow management tools. Additionally, you will review work orders completed by Jr. Authors/Authors, follow project processes and standards, and perform internal and external rejection analysis to maintain quality KPI. Key Responsibilities: - Contribute to the creation, modification, and revision of IPC manual content - Understand and follow impact analysis to meet change requests - Research extensively to ensure airworthiness aspects - Update task status in Capgemini work flow management tools - Review work orders completed by Jr. Authors/Authors - Perform internal and external rejection analysis for every rejection code - Communicate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for work orders to meet quality KPIs - Participate in peer-reviews and follow review cycles for Right First Time - Visualize/create images, mark-ups, and additional information for Illustrators - Guide Jr. Authors/Jr. Illustrators and Authors/Illustrators - Perform Root Cause Analysis for rejections and take preventive actions - Train new team members for technical competence and process adherence - Develop content for Knowledge and Training Sessions Qualifications Required: - B.E/B.Tech in Aeronautics or AME or Diploma in Aeronautics/Mechanical Engineering or B.E in Mechanical Engineering with aeronautical engineering industry exposure - Experience in Boeing technical publications is preferred (not mandatory),
