IP Coordinator

Role: IP Coordinator

Job Purpose:

Maintain a smooth experience for patients getting admitted for various services and ensure a hassle-free process until discharge of the patients.

Job Responsibilities:

• Take rounds in the IP wards as per the schedule
• Greet patients and their attendants and address their concerns
• Collect reviews on social media from IP patients on their experience
• Co-ordinate between departments to ensure that patients’ concerns are addressed on time
• Ensure that nursing practices are followed as per protocols and deviations are reported to the nursing department in charge
• Handle and resolve issues for admitted patients
• Liaise with dieticians and canteen for patient’s dietary services
• Conduct daily huddle meeting with department in - charges
• Ensure discharge procedures are followed as per the TAT

Job Specifications:

• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree
• Experience: 4-5 years of experience in managing similar roles in hospitals / clinics
• Technical Skills: Record Management, knowledge on various social media applications, MS office
• Management Skills: Be a good team player, maintain good people relations, monitor, and guide daily tasks, coach the team and other members on best practices, practice conflict resolution
• Communication Skills: Good command over English, Kannada, Good listening skills and ability to resolve problems through effective communication

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
