IP Analyst - Docketing/Paralegal

You will be working as a Senior IP Analyst / IP Analyst at Arctic Invent, a leading intellectual property firm in Noida, India. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Developing and maintaining a strong working knowledge of intellectual property office rules and procedures. - Continuously maintaining an accurate and up-to-date docket within a docketing database. - Maintaining IP records and reviewing files. - Creating and maintaining files within a database that documents prosecution history for an intellectual property matter. - Adhering to quality process guidelines. - Reviewing PTO communication to ensure accuracy of bibliographic data. - Assisting with developing, documenting, and maintaining client-specific processes and procedures. - Managing deadlines effectively. - Documenting/tracking daily work and providing data to the Team Manager. - Performing other administrative tasks as needed. - IDS preparation. Qualifications required for this role: - Any bachelor's degree. - 1-5 years of experience in IPR (Docketing & Paralegal). - Extensive knowledge of patent filing and review. - Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word. - Strong time management and listening skills. - Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy. - Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
