Role Description

This is a contract IoT Automation Operations Manager role located in Bengaluru. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day IoT automation operations, managing smart water and sewage systems, and ensuring efficient resource utilization. This role will involve on-site coordination with vendors and end customers to provide actionable insights for sustainable consumption behavior.

Qualifications

• 3-to-5-year experience in motor automation single phase/ 3 phase (Mandatory)
• Experience in IoT automation operations and smart infrastructure management
• Team leading experience in assigning the work, building and training the juniors
• Strong project management and vendor coordination skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities in high-pressure situations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Technical background in relevant fields like IoT, Engineering
• Previous experience in water management or sustainability projects is a plus
• Diploma/ Bachelor&aposs degree in engineering, Environmental Science, or related field
• Salary 6 to 8 lakhs per annual, deserving candidates will get ESOP
