Role Description This is a contract IoT Automation Operations Manager role located in Bengaluru. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day IoT automation operations, managing smart water and sewage systems, and ensuring efficient resource utilization. This role will involve on-site coordination with vendors and end customers to provide actionable insights for sustainable consumption behavior. Qualifications 3-to-5-year experience in motor automation single phase/ 3 phase (Mandatory) Experience in IoT automation operations and smart infrastructure management Team leading experience in assigning the work, building and training the juniors Strong project management and vendor coordination skills Problem-solving and decision-making abilities in high-pressure situations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Technical background in relevant fields like IoT, Engineering Previous experience in water management or sustainability projects is a plus Diploma/ Bachelor&aposs degree in engineering, Environmental Science, or related field Salary 6 to 8 lakhs per annual, deserving candidates will get ESOP Show more Show less
