Job Description

As an Inward Assistant Manager at Theater, your role will involve overseeing the receipt and documentation of goods to ensure accurate inward entry, stock management, and coordination with relevant teams for seamless supply chain operations. Your responsibilities will include: - Receiving goods from transporters and verifying delivery documents. - Matching invoices with Purchase Orders (POs) to ensure accuracy. - Performing Goods Receipt Note (GRN) entry in the system. - Checking the quality and quantity of received goods against purchase records. - Reporting any discrepancies or issues to the concerned team promptly. - Managing return orders and updating the system accordingly. - Forwarding verified invoices to the Accounts Department for processing. - Preparing and sharing GRN reports via email. - Updating bin locations in Easycom/WMS for proper stock management. To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - Minimum 2+ years of experience in inward logistics, warehouse, or inventory management. - Strong knowledge of GRN process and inventory control. - Basic proficiency in Excel, Easycom, or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in documentation. - Strong communication and coordination skills.
