Invoicing Associate - Travel

As an Invoicing Associate at NES Fircroft, you will play a key role in auditing travel invoices and reconciling bank statements in a timely manner. You will work closely with the Travel Coordinator, Travel Agent, and Finance Team to ensure the proper flow of invoices and approvals. Your responsibilities will include reviewing invoices and statements, matching off approvals, and ensuring proper auditing. Additionally, you will handle client requests and queries while gaining exposure to tools such as Conferma Snap and Smartsheet. We are looking for a candidate who is a graduate with at least 1 year of experience in invoicing. Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential, along with knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
