Invoicing Associate

As an Invoicing Associate at NES Fircroft, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial accuracy of operations by preparing and issuing invoices to customers in a timely and precise manner. Your responsibilities will include entering invoices into customer invoicing web sites, submitting invoices through electronic data interchange, checking all fields on the invoices before submission, and maintaining invoice submission logs and customer invoicing process files for reference. Additionally, you will be responsible for sending out statements of accounts to customers, handling invoice rejections and credit and rebills, and continuously supporting the improvement of platforms for invoicing. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and issue invoices to customers - Meet invoice delivery timelines - Enter invoices into customer invoicing web sites - Submit invoices by electronic data interchange - Check each field on the invoices before submission - Maintain invoice submission logs and customer invoicing process files - Send out statements of accounts to customers - Handle invoice rejections and credit and rebills - Support the improvement of platforms for invoicing Qualifications Required: - Minimum of two years of relevant experience in invoicing - Excellent written and oral communication skills - Hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel (formulas, V-lookup, Pivot Table) - Good analytical and process knowledge - Good accounting knowledge Established in 1978, NES Fircroft is an award-winning staffing specialist that supplies technical and engineering experts to various sectors worldwide.
