Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional with strong numerical skills and a keen eye for identifying discrepancies in reporting. The ideal candidate will have experience working with contracts, managing both internal stakeholders and external clients, and preparing standard financial and operational reports.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze and reconcile data to identify inconsistencies in reporting
Interpret and manage contractual obligations
Liaise effectively with internal teams and external clients
Prepare and deliver standard reports and dashboards
Conduct Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) analysis
Perform revenue analysis and reporting
Manage Work-In-Progress (WIP) and Billed-In-Advance (BIA) reconciliations
Resolve disputes with both internal and external stakeholders

Primary Skills

Strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes
Excellent numerical and analytical skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Secondary Skills

Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
Exposure to financial planning and analysis (FP&A)
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Time management and multitasking abilities
