As an analyst at AdvantEdge, the leading mobility-focused VC fund in India, you will have a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of innovation within the automotive, mobility, and energy ecosystems in India. Key Responsibilities: - Spearhead the fund's operations in Bangalore, building strong relationships with founders, investors, and other stakeholders in the startup ecosystem. - Conduct thesis building through primary and secondary research within specific areas of automotive, mobility, and energy ecosystems. - Generate relevant quality deal flow. - Screen and process funding applications. - Perform preliminary assessment of startups based on business models, financial plans, and technical diligence. - Prepare investment committee notes and other reports/content as required. - Support portfolio startups in areas such as product, Go-To-Market (GTM), capital raising, etc. - Monitor existing investments including maintenance of portfolio MIS & KPIs, preparation of internal reports dashboards, and presentations. - Network and represent AdvantEdge across the startup ecosystem in Bangalore. Qualifications: - Bachelor's or advanced degree in engineering, physics, or related technical field from a top-tier college with a strong academic record. - Entrepreneurial background with experience in starting own venture or as part of a founding team at a startup (automotive, mobility, and energy experience preferred). - Passionate about cutting-edge technology, entrepreneurship, and investments in India. - Ability to think critically and analyze complex technical and business issues. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with founders, investors, and industry experts. - Self-starter capable of working independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment responsible for building AdvantEdge's presence in Bangalore. - Prior experience with early-stage investing preferred (not mandatory).,
