1. Communication with Investors

• Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and its shareholders, analysts, and potential investors.
• Respond to investor inquiries regarding financial performance, strategy, and company outlook.
• Serve as the main point of contact for shareholders, analysts, and potential investors.
• Communicate the company’s financial performance, strategy, and growth plans

2. Financial Reporting and Disclosure

• Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual reports, investor presentations, press releases, and earnings calls.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory disclosure requirements (e.g., SEC, stock exchange rules).
• Assist in preparing earnings releases, annual reports, investor presentations, and regulatory filings.
• Ensure timely and accurate disclosure in compliance with stock exchange and legal requirements.

3. Investor Targeting and Relationship Management

• Identify and engage with prospective investors to broaden the shareholder base.
• Maintain a database of investor contacts and manage regular communications.
• Organize investor calls, roadshows, and conferences.
• Prepare briefing materials and talking points for executive management.

4. Market Intelligence and Analysis

• Monitor industry trends, competitor performance, and market sentiment.
• Provide insights to senior management regarding investor concerns and market expectations.
• Track stock performance, analyst reports, and peer company activity.
• Provide insights to senior management regarding investor sentiment and market expectations.

5. Support Corporate Strategy and Leadership

• Work closely with the CFO, CEO, and senior leadership to align investor messaging with corporate strategy.
• Prepare briefing materials and Q&A for executive leadership ahead of investor meetings or earnings calls.
• Work with finance, legal, corporate communications, and senior leadership to ensure consistent and accurate messaging.
• Align investor messaging with corporate goals and financial strategy.

6. Organizing Investor Events

• Plan and coordinate investor days, roadshows, earnings calls, and one-on-one meetings.
• Represent the company at investor conferences and industry events.

7. Internal Collaboration

• Collaborate with finance, legal, communications, and marketing teams to ensure accurate and consistent messaging.
• Assist in the development of ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) reporting and communication, where applicable.

8. Risk Management

• Monitor share price movements and investor sentiment to anticipate potential risks or shareholder activism.
• Advise leadership on investor-related risks and perception management.

Skill :-

• Education :- MBA/ CS/ CA/ CFA , Any Commerce Degree
• Experiance :- 10 year to 15 year
