Ltd., you will play a pivotal role in identifying, sourcing, and bringing on board new investors, particularly focusing on real estate deals. Your primary responsibilities will include connecting with potential investors such as HNIs, UHNIs, Family Offices, and Institutions, cultivating strong relationships with investors, presenting real estate investment opportunities, securing funding mandates, and building a pool of reliable investors for current and future projects. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to structure and present investment opportunities effectively. We are looking for candidates with a proven background in fundraising, investment banking, wealth management, or real estate investment. You should possess a solid network of investors with a successful track record of deal closures, excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, and a self-motivated, results-driven mindset.
