Investor Relations Area Manager

You will be working on behalf of our Tier-1 client in the Steel Manufacturing sector as an Investor Relations - Area Manager, based in Mumbai. Your strategic role will involve driving investor engagement, ensuring financial transparency, and providing analytical reporting to enhance shareholder value. Your responsibilities will include preparing impactful documents such as Analyst feedback reports, IR reports, peer financial models, Macro assessments for Board pack, and audit committee packs. You will also support the team on internal/departmental deliverables during the publication of quarterly results, AGM, and investor conferences. Analyzing monthly shareholding data, maintaining a database/profile on institutional investors and analysts, understanding and analyzing stock markets, and maintaining a detailed model of Tata Steel's financial performance will be crucial aspects of your role. You should have awareness of Credit Matrices, debt service coverage ratio, DuPont ratio, DCF, EV-EBITDA ratios, and possess excellent command over Microsoft Office Suite. Strong analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, self-driven approach, dedication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential for this role. Experience in the metals & mining industry would be advantageous. Your qualification should be MBA Finance/CA/ICWA/CFA.
