Role Overview We are looking for a high-performing Sales & Business Development professional to drive the growth of nPOS as the go-to platform for Partnership Lending. This role is a hybrid of B2B platform sales and ecosystem development, requiring the candidate to: Sell the nPOS platform as a SaaS solution to Banks and NBFCs, Enable lending partnerships by identifying and connecting Originators with suitable Lenders on the platform. The ideal candidate will have deep networks in financial services and hands-on experience in co-lending, treasury, or investor partnerships. Key Responsibilities 1. Platform Sales to Lenders Drive platform adoption by showcasing nPOS as a comprehensive digital infrastructure for Banks and NBFCs to operationalize and scale Co-lending, BC, and other partnership-led lending models. Own the sales cycle from lead generation, demo, proposal, pricing discussions, to contract closure. Clearly articulate the products value proposition: risk controls, workflow automation, compliance readiness, and ecosystem integration. 2. Lender & Originator Acquisition Identify, engage, and onboard Banks and NBFCs looking to scale through partnership lending. Source and engage with relevant Originators (Fintechs, NBFCs, Platforms) and match them with investor appetite. Drive real partnerships on the platform, from introduction to go-live. 3. Structuring & Solutioning Understand the credit strategies of Lenders and operational capabilities of Originators to co-create suitable partnership models. Work with internal teams to tailor product workflows, pricing models, and integration strategies as per client needs. 4. Relationship & Stakeholder Management Build and manage CXO-level relationships across client organizations (Product, Business, Risk, Technology, Legal). Serve as the strategic account manager for acquired clients and ensure platform stickiness. 5. Market Intelligence & Strategy Monitor industry trends in Co-lending, BC models, and digital partnerships to refine market strategy. Provide feedback to product and tech teams to evolve nPOS roadmap in alignment with market needs. Key Qualifications & Experience 510 years in B2B Sales, Lending Partnerships, Treasury, or Investor Relations. Strong understanding of Co-lending, BC models, and digital lending partnerships. Experience in selling fintech products or SaaS platforms to Banks/NBFCs is highly preferred. Proven ability to manage end-to-end deal cycles and build enterprise relationships.
