Investment Research Associate

SP2 Analytics, a boutique investment research firm serving global clients across equity research, investment banking, and private equity, etc., is looking to hire Investment Research Associate to join our growing team. This is a full-time role for an Investment Research Associate at SP2 Analytics where you will be conducting fundamental company analysis across sectors and geographies. You will be responsible for building and maintaining financial models (DCF, trading comparable, transaction comps, LBOs, etc.), preparing investment memos, industry overviews, and pitch materials for global clients, and supporting equity research, investment banking, and private equity clients in due diligence, opportunity screening, and deal analysis. Additionally, you will track key KPIs, monitor company performance, prepare earnings summaries, and work collaboratively with senior analysts and client teams to deliver high-impact research. The basic qualifications for this role include being located in Pune (onsite), having a preference for CA and CFA qualifications, a basic skill requirement in Financial Modelling, and a preferred experience of 3 years. The overview of the required skill set includes proficiency in Financial Modelling and Investments, strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of Finance principles, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
