Experience in a reputed Captive/Outsourcing RTR Ops environment is preferred along with strong communication skills, MS Excel proficiency (including Pivot, VLOOKUP, Macros), familiarity with ERPs (PeopleSoft/SAP/Oracle/Workday Financial), MS Office, Partner Management experience, and knowledge of Quality Lean/Process Improvement methodologies.
