Investment Funds Operations Junior Analyst

As an Infrastructure Intermediate Technology Analyst at Citi, your role involves assisting with LAN / WAN and help desk administration activities, network maintenance, technical guidance, and security in coordination with the Technology Infrastructure team. Your responsibilities include: - Resolving moderately complex problems/projects through analysis, technical experience, and precedents; escalating issues as appropriate - Participating in testing activities, creating and executing basic test scripts, and evaluating results for enhancements - Completing control activities and making recommendations for enhancements - Collecting requirements for hardware acquisition and deployment activities - Gathering, compiling, and synthesizing information regarding technology processes or systems - Assisting in systems implementation/enhancements and post-implementation activities - Exchanging ideas and information clearly and concisely - Operating with a limited level of direct supervision - Exercising independence of judgement and autonomy - Acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to senior stakeholders and/or other team members You should have: - 4-6 years of experience in a Technology Infrastructure role with knowledge of operational process change and improvement - Effective written and verbal communication skills - Analytic/diagnostic skills - Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audience - Ability to work with virtual and in-person teams, and under pressure or to a deadline Education required: - Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience This job description offers a brief overview of the role's responsibilities and qualifications.
