Investment Counsellor

You will be responsible for owning the business performance of the region, focusing on revenue, market share, and increasing AUM. Working closely with Relationship Managers and clients, you will provide advice on investments and offer specialist investment guidance. Your role will involve constructing and managing strategic asset allocation and tactical portfolios for clients, continuously improving investment platforms to align with market developments, and creating value across asset classes while managing portfolios effectively. Collaboration with the Research & Product team is essential, as you will drive strategic and tactical allocation strategies. The Advisory desk will assist in developing product and asset allocation strategies based on investment views and client requirements. You will also be responsible for training, educating, coaching, and upskilling colleagues on market trends and product knowledge. Additionally, you will coordinate with all Asset Management Companies (AMC) and third-party Fund Managers, serving as the interface between them. Organizing and conducting events for clients and colleagues with fund managers will be part of your responsibilities. Key Skills required for this role include market knowledge, the ability to engage customers on market views, specialized product knowledge of various investment products, client-facing experience, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication skills to build relationships with internal and external clients.
