As an Analyst at eClerx Financial Markets, your responsibilities will include: - Handling back-office and middle-office processes for financial institutions - Managing various stages of the client/product lifecycle - Conducting tasks such as FCC, reference data management, legal docs, loans, portfolio reconciliation, document capture, system reconciliation, pre and post settlements, brokerage functions, drafting, trade support, corporate actions, tax operations, and more - Preparing reports using MS Excel - Resolving process-related queries and discrepancies via phone or email Key responsibilities: - Identifying and escalating risks and reporting outstanding issues promptly - Performing trade support activities across the Trade Lifecycle - Handling Syndicated Loans and Corporate action setup and operations - Managing other capital market operational tasks - Learning and mastering various financial products Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelors Degree (B.Com, BBA, BBM, BCA, BAF, B.Sc, BE, BA) and Post Grad degree (MBA/PGDM/M.tech/B.tech/M.com/M.Cs) from 2022/2023/2024 & 2025 - Complete fresher with an Internship exposure/certifications - Basic knowledge of finance, trade lifecycle, investment banking, and derivatives - Strong logical and quantitative abilities - Excellent time management skills About eClerx: eClerx is a global leader in productized services, dedicated to delivering excellence through smart automation and data-driven insights.
