This role manages incoming requests while ensuring compliance with established procedures. The ideal candidate will coordinate with multiple departments to facilitate request processing, maintain thorough documentation, and contribute to process improvements. You'll analyze trends, prepare reports, and help enhance operational procedures.
Key job responsibilitiesRequest Management. Manage incoming privacy-related requests through established channels. Coordinate with various teams to ensure timely request fulfillment. Monitor request status and maintain detailed documentationStakeholder Coordination. Work closely with business units, legal, compliance, and technical teams. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders . Effectively manage escalations Compliance & Documentation. Maintain thorough documentation of all handling activities and decisions. Perform quality assurance reviewsAnalytics & Reporting. Track key performance metrics and trends . Prepare and present regular performance reportsProcess Improvement. Maintain operational procedures and guidelines. Identify opportunities for process enhancement. Contribute to continuous improvement initiativesTypical Daily Activities. Manage incoming privacy requests. Oversee data collection and verification processes. Drive escalations as needed. Participate in team meetings and process discussions. Contribute to documentation updatesBasic Qualifications.
