Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Investigate collection related eligible complaints received through various channels. Adhoc Complaints received through other senior management.
  • Deep Dive Root Cause Analysis [RCA] into the case details to validate the facts around the complaint.
  • Retrieval of all case related facts documents and other relevant information in coordination with Process Managers. Review of documents supportings evidence.
  • Cross validation of facts with respect to laid down process internal guidelines.
  • Discussion with various team members within the vertical outside the vertical to ensure validation of facts.
  • Assist and support Investigation Manager in any audit compliance regulatory requirements.
  • Any other analytical tools like SQL, MS Access, Power BI would be an added advantage.
  • Organized, Collaborative, delivery focussed and strong management skills.
