Inventory of Hazardous Materials Executive

Overall Purpose of The Job

Assisting IHM team in monitoring and verifying items in Purchase Orders (PO) in Purchasing Module, Shipsure.

Key Responsibilities and Task

•     Efficiency in completion of tasks and targets.
  •    Navigating Shipsure for monitoring and verifying items in PO and to check if it contains hazardous material.•    Planning and organized filing of data from Purchasing module in Shipsure for vessels.•    Recording and maintaining data in respective folders.•    Monitoring E-mails on Outlook on regular basis.•    Assisting Project manager in the creation of IHM Maintenance plans and daily duties.•    Maintaining track sheets for Weekly reports for smooth operations.•    Contributing towards achieving Team goals and objectives.

Essential

•    Very good understanding of finance and process good analytical skills.
•    Should be a Marine Engineer, sailing experience will be an added advantage.•    Good knowledge of computer application•    Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office and Accounting systems.•    Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills.•    The highest personal integrity standards•    A positive outlook and be self-motivated to develop and succeed.•    A very good command of the English language both written and oral.•    Ability to deal with multi-task workload
