Inventory Management Junior Executive

As a Jr. Inventory Management Executive at WaterScience, your role is crucial in managing and maintaining accurate stock levels. You will be responsible for handling material inward, verifying documentation, maintaining inventory records, and ensuring stock accuracy on a daily basis. Key Responsibilities: - Inward and verify materials received; match supplier invoices with purchase orders. - Log inventory transactions accurately in the system. - Monitor daily stock levels and ensure adequate availability. - Proactively flag discrepancies, shortages, or mismatches. - Support periodic audits and physical stock verifications. Qualifications Required: - Attention to detail and accuracy. - Basic familiarity with inventory systems (training provided). - Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets.
