Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Maintain and update inventory records using IDS software
Conduct daily/weekly stock audits and physical verification
Coordinate with the kitchen, housekeeping, and stores for material requirements
Monitor stock movement and generate consumption and variance reports
Raise purchase requisitions as per par stock levels
Track inward and outward stock with proper documentation
Minimize wastage and pilferage through systematic stock control
Ensure FIFO (First-In-First-Out) method is followed
Maintain hygiene and storage standards in the store area
Assist in monthly MIS reporting and inventory closing

Preferred candidate profile

Proficiency in
IDS Inventory Management System
Knowledge of stock control, food & beverage inventory, and material movement
Good MS Excel skills for reporting and reconciliation
