Designation: Inventory Executive

Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 2–5 years (depending on requirement)

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate records of jewellery stock including gold, diamonds, gemstones, and silver items.
• Track inward and outward movements of stock, including purchases, sales, and returns.
• Conduct regular physical verification of inventory and reconcile with system records.
• Manage stock valuation, tagging, and labeling of products.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely stock updates and deliveries.
• Assist in generating inventory reports for management, audits, and insurance purposes.
• Ensure proper storage, security, and handling of all jewellery items.
• Support the sales team with stock availability and product details.

Required Skills:

• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Familiarity with inventory management software or ERP systems.
• Basic knowledge of jewellery materials, gemstones, and precious metals.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Trustworthiness and reliability due to handling high-value items.
