The role includes overseeing stock levels, order fulfillment, vendor relationships, and managing appointments with suppliers. Key Responsibilities: • Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels across platforms (e.g., Amazon, Shopify) and ensure timely restocking. • Order Fulfilment: Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders. • Stock Replenishment: Work with suppliers to forecast demand and reorder products. • Data and Reporting: Create inventory reports and analyze trends to improve stock management. • Stock Audits: Perform regular inventory counts to ensure accuracy. • Appointments: Schedule and manage meetings with suppliers and vendors to discuss stock levels, orders, and shipments. • Vendor Communication: Build and maintain good relationships with suppliers to ensure smooth inventory operations. Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience in e-commerce inventory management or similar role. • Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon). • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and data analysis. • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
