Role Overview: As an Interview Coordinator at Aspire Tech IT Solution, your main responsibility will be coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring teams. You will be in charge of communicating interview details and expectations to candidates, handling last-minute rescheduling or adjustments with professionalism, and serving as a point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process. Additionally, you will conduct mock interviews, role-playing scenarios, and situational practice to prepare candidates effectively.
