About The Opportunity

Healthcare Tertiary care hospital & clinical cardiac services. We operate a regional, on?site heart & vascular program delivering acute and elective interventional cardiology care in Narnaul, Haryana. This role is ideal for an experienced operator focused on high-quality PCI, emergency STEMI care and building robust cath?lab processes.Primary RoleConsultant Interventional Cardiologist (DM / DrNB) On?site, Narnaul (Haryana)Role & Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic coronary angiography and a full range of percutaneous coronary interventions (PCI) primary, elective and complex cases with excellent procedural documentation and informed consent practice.
• Lead acute coronary syndrome (ACS) responses including primary PCI for STEMI, ensuring rapid door?to?balloon times and coordinated multi?disciplinary care.
• Utilize adjunctive intravascular imaging and physiology (IVUS, OCT, FFR/iFR) to optimise stent selection and procedural outcomes; adopt evidence?based adjuncts and techniques.
• Manage pre? and post?procedural inpatient cardiology care: pharmacotherapy, complication management, discharge planning and outpatient follow?up protocols.
• Drive cath?lab quality, safety and efficiency: protocol development, inventory/device selection, complication audits and adherence to infection control and radiation safety standards.
• Supervise and mentor junior cardiology staff and fellows; contribute to training, case reviews, morbidity & mortality meetings and clinical governance activities.
  

Skills & Qualifications

Must?Have

• DM or DrNB in Interventional Cardiology (or recognised equivalent) with valid Indian medical registration.
• Proven hands?on experience in a busy cath?lab performing diagnostic angiography and PCI (including primary PCI for STEMI).
• Practical experience with intravascular imaging (IVUS/OCT) and physiology (FFR/iFR) for decision making.
• Strong clinical judgement in peri?procedural care, complication management and ACS pathways.
• ACLS certification and familiarity with cath?lab radiation safety and sterile techniques.
  

Preferred

• Experience leading a cath?lab team or running an interventional service; involvement in audits, SOP development and quality improvement.
• Exposure to complex coronary interventions, chronic total occlusions (CTO) or peripheral endovascular procedures; academic publications or teaching experience is an advantage.
