Internship Trainee

Key Responsibilities:

1. AI-Driven Content Creation

• Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva AI, Copy.ai) to draft property descriptions, social media posts, and email campaigns.
  
• Generate creative taglines, blogs, and video captions for real estate projects.
  

2. Digital Campaign Support

• Assist in planning and executing digital ad campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn).
  
• Analyze AI-generated insights to improve ad targeting and ROI.
  

3. Market Research & Data Analysis

• Use AI-based analytics tools to study market trends, competitors, and customer behavior.
  
• Prepare insight reports on project demand, keywords, and audience demographics.
  

4. Social Media Automation

• Schedule and manage posts using AI automation tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite).
  
• Track engagement metrics and optimize posts for better visibility.
  

5. CRM & Lead Optimization

• Work with the team to integrate AI chatbots for lead generation and customer queries.
  
• Assist in analyzing lead data to improve conversion rates.
  

6. Email & WhatsApp Campaigns

• Draft personalized campaigns using AI-based segmentation.
  
• Track open rates and engagement through analytics dashboards.
  

7. Brand Strategy Support

• Contribute creative ideas for brand growth using AI trends and predictive tools.
  
• Assist in making presentations and reports for management reviews.
