What Youll Do:

Work on issues reported from fields - either from customers or internal Dogfood testing
- Take the ownership, make clear action items and follow through to completion
Support internal teams for issues observed from feature enablements
Implement tools to catch issue and even identify the issue signature automatically
Document knowledge learnt from the debugging experience to benefit teams

What Youll Bring:

B.Tech in Computer Science or MS or PhD in Computer Science
Well-versed in scripting languages such as Shell and Python
Nice to have: Knowledge of cloud based (AWS) micro service development
Strong understanding of OOP design principles
Have an ability to own a project from inception to completion
Strong verbal and written communication skills
