Role: MBA HR Intern – Talent Acquisition / Recruitment

What You’ll Do:

• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Screen and shortlist profiles based on job requirements
• Conduct thorough interviews and create recommendation summaries
• Engage candidates for timely joining
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing mandates
• Maintain internal databases and trackers
