Internship - F&B Service (Bar)

As a Bar Operations Intern at Grand Hyatt Bali, you will immerse yourself in the dynamic realm of beverage service. Joining our enthusiastic bar team, you will acquire the skills to proficiently serve drinks, uphold bar setup standards, and engage with guests in a vibrant and chic setting. Your primary objective will be to contribute to crafting unique guest experiences, whether by impeccably preparing beverages, fostering friendly interactions, or ensuring the seamless operation of the bar. An exciting aspect of this role involves delving into the fundamentals of mixology, mastering the craft of concocting invigorating mocktails and sophisticated beverages, and understanding the essence of an exceptional bar experience. You will embark on a personalized learning journey, guided by your mentor, Learning & Development Manager, coach, Bar Team Leader, and buddy, Bar associates. Ideal candidates for this role are individuals currently pursuing or having recently completed (within the past year) a program in Hospitality, Tourism, F&B Service, Hotel Operations, Bartending, or a related field at the D1, D2, D3, D4, or S1 level. A full-time commitment to the internship for a minimum of 6 months is essential. Proficiency in verbal English communication is required, while knowledge of other languages is advantageous. We seek individuals who exude an outgoing, energetic demeanor and take pleasure in interacting with guests within a relaxed yet sophisticated ambiance.
