Internship - F&B Service (Banquet)

As a Banquet Operations Intern at Grand Hyatt Bali, you will have the opportunity to be part of creating unforgettable events. Your responsibilities will include setting up, serving, and supporting various events such as weddings, corporate meetings, gala dinners, and cultural celebrations. Your primary goal will be to ensure that every detail is perfect, every dish is served with care, and every guest feels welcomed. You will gain hands-on experience in preparing banquet setups, serving food and beverages during events, and collaborating closely with the kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations. To be eligible for this internship, you should be currently enrolled or have recently graduated (within the past year) from a program in Hospitality, Event Management, Tourism, Hotel Operations, F&B Service, or a related major. You must be willing to commit to a full-time internship for a minimum of 6 months and be able to communicate confidently in verbal English (knowledge of other foreign languages is a plus).
