Internship : Django Backend

Role Overview:
We’re looking for a passionate Django Backend Intern to help us build and scale the backend for the CropXplore Platform, powering services like drone spraying bookings, crop health tracking, and our agri-marketplace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop robust REST APIs using Django Rest Framework (DRF)
• Implement custom serializers, views, and API logic for mobile and web clients
• Manage and optimize the Django Admin Portal for internal workflows and data management
• Ensure secure user authentication and role-based access controls
• Work with the frontend and mobile teams to integrate backend functionality
• Write clean, reusable code and maintain proper documentation
• Assist in debugging, testing, and deployment of backend services

Requirements:

• Experience with Python and Django (college project or portfolio)
• Solid understanding of Django Rest Framework (DRF) and serializers
• Familiarity with building and consuming REST APIs
• Understanding of models, views, migrations, and admin customization
• Basic knowledge of databases (PostgreSQL or SQLite)
• Good debugging skills and a habit of writing clean, modular code
• Familiarity with tools like Postman, and Git is a plus
• Knowledge of cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud for hosting Django apps is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

• Performance bonus

• Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
